Financial Estimate Committee

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Pursuant to ORS 250.125​, a five-member Financial Estimate Committee (FEC), composed of the Secretary of State, State Treasurer, Director of the Department of Revenue, Director of the Department of Administrative Services, and a local government representative must prepare an estimate of the financial impact of each measure to be voted on in the statewide elections. The estimate of financial impact will be printed in the Voters’ Pamphlet and on the ballot.​
