The Board of Bar Examiners, established in 1913, acts for the Supreme Court in evaluating an applicant’s qualifications to practice law in Oregon.  The Board determines an applicant’s qualifications for admission to the Bar by administering and grading the Oregon bar examination twice a year. They also investigate and evaluate the character and fitness of each applicant.
